Therapy for individuals and couples using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBCT) and Gottman's research-based couples' therapy.

Care Philosophy
We all have our blind spots. Starting therapy with me can help you make adjustments to better see your blind spots and find new ways to solve problems and begin to feel better. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, having relationship struggles, feeling overwhelmed, having trouble sleeping, or having difficulties with work or school, we can work together to expand solutions and find ways to make these problems smaller. I like to help clients share their stories, and find the meanings in their stories to help improve well-being.

Personal Interests
I have practiced hatha/vinyasa yoga and other mind/body integrated practices for 20 years, which has led me to incorporate Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy into my therapy practice. I also love skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, and some do-nothing time at home with my family.

Public Speaking
