Faculty Information Management System

Overview

FIMS (Faculty Information Management System) is maintained by the Office of Faculty Affairs to track and manage faculty appointment information, current rank status and history, clincial and research interests, educational background, and much more. FIMS is the hub to all SOM faculty systems such as PRiSM and CU Doctors because it stores all the professional profile data about our faculty. If you need to update your profile picture, you’ll do that in FIMS. If you get promoted to a new rank, your department will submit a Faculty Recommendation Form (FRF) and it will get updated in FIMS.
