Clinical Interests
Obesity/weight management, acute illnesses, chronic disease, diabetes, and preventive care. In addition to generally treating patients through all stages of life – infants, children, adults, and seniors – also provide skin care services, biopsies, joint injections, and gynecology services. Hepatitis C treatment, PrEP prophylaxis.

Care Philosophy
Dr. Kramer has been serving as a primary care physican at University of Colorado since 2017. Prior to joining, he provided clinical care at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO. He was chief resident at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, where he completed his residency. He obtained his medical degree at the Touro Osteopathic Medicine in Las Vegas, NV, and has a Masters in Public Health with a focus in epidemiology from the Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA. His clinical interests include obesity and weight management, diabetes care, and preventive care, as well as embracing a holistic approach to primary care. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine and Board Certified.
