Research Interests

My research interests are primarily focused on optimizing the clinical learning environment for medical trainees. I am specifically interested in the delivery and reception of feedback, as well as the creation of a psychologically safe learning environment. My research program through the Society of General Internal Medicine is focused on internal medicine practitioner wellbeing, burnout prevention and overall engagement.

Care Philosophy
I believe practicing primary care truly encompasses lifelong learning. I am deeply fulfilled by long-term relationships with patients and enjoy the partnership that being a primary care doctor offers with people of all walks of life.

Personal Interests
I love cooking, theater and exploring the Rockies with my husband and kids. I'm a recovering approval addict and am a personal development and leadership literature nerd :).
