Care Philosophy
I am a Primary Sports Medicine Physician committed to helping you recover physically and mentally, so you can get back to doing what you love. I treat all ages and sports conditions. Everything from the 8-year-old soccer player who sprains an ankle, to the high school football player with a concussion, to the elite athlete struggling with fatigue, to the grandmother who simply wants her knee to feel a bit better so she can get back to playing with her grandbabies. I work with you to tailor a treatment plan that fits your needs. As a former collegiate athlete (and now weekend warrior), I have seen and, at times, personally experienced many of the issues I treat. This gives me an idea of what you are going through, and it is what motivates me to help get you back to doing what you love in the field of life.

Personal Interests
I am an active individual and I have three active boys that keep me on the move. I played multiple sports growing up and I was a decathlete (often injured) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I continue to run, bike (mountain, road, gravel), ski, hike, and lift weights to fill that inner drive for movement and health.

Volunteer Activities
Watch D.O.G.S (Dads of Great Students) through Jeffco Public Schools
