Clinical Interests
My many clinical interests include Anxiety disorders, Depressive Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Mindfulness, Coping skills, and holistic wellness.

Care Philosophy
I am passionate about helping individuals explore healthier perspectives and embrace new ways of thinking. My foundational therapeutic values are based upon vulnerability, warmth, humor, and authenticity. I strive to create an open, nonjudgmental, and safe space where individuals feel heard and understood. I am part of and have worked with the LGBTQIA+ community. In order to best support others, I believe in doing my own active self-work to provide trauma informed, anti-racist, body inclusive, and culturally competent care. I utilize a variety of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based techniques in order to best fit the needs of individuals. My goal is for folks to eventually become their own cognitive coach through our work to find their own solutions and growth based on their unique values and intentions. My focus is giving clients tools for navigating their lives, offering perspective shifts, and providing evidence- based resources and techniques they can use outside of session.

Personal Interests
I find anything nature-related restorative including hiking, biking, running, walking meditations, and picnics in the mountains. I find value in connecting with others, quality time with my orange tabby, Jack, cooking, reading, and yoga. I am currently trying to develop a green thumb and bring plants into my home. Both in and out of the therapy room, I enjoy learning about and assisting others in growing and developing their passions in alignment with their values.

Public Speaking
